Economy Shipping – 5-8 business days -$4.90 or FREE on orders over $50

Standard Shipping – 3-4 business days -$6.90 for orders less than 1lb

Standard Shipping – 3-4 business days -$6.90 for orders over 1lb

International Shipping 

Standard Delivery (DHL, USPS Tracked) - 5-7 working
days, fully tracked, and signed -Calculated based on shipping details

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Faulty items: We apologize if you have experienced any fault with your RAVE jewelry. Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps . We will appreciate a photo of the faulty item so we can speed up the refund process.

Exchanges: For exchanges, please return
the original order to our office within 7 days of receipt (US and International deliveries). Please
ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you received them in,
unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. Please note that for you and other customers safety,we are unable to accept exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. However, if the goods do not meet your expectations you may return the items within 7days of receipt for a refund. (we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with proof of postage).
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day,
although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to
the original account used at purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the US. Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received
and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too.

Rings:

Measure an existing ring: You can measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits you to determine your size.

Measure your finger: You can wrap a piece of string or paper around your finger, mark the point where the two ends meet, and measure the length with a ruler.

It's important to note that your ring size can change due to factors such as temperature and swelling, so it's best to measure your finger at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. It's also recommended to measure your ring size a few times to ensure accuracy.

and liquids. This includes putting on lotions, washing your hands, a
spritz of perfume, and sweating with your jewels on. Get your jewels wet by accident? Be
sure to wipe and dry them off right away! 

2. Store It Properly
Exposure to the
simplest things like the moisture in the air can wear down your jewels,
it's important to store them properly. Store them in a pouch or Ziplock(be sure to get rid of all the air before sealing) to protect
from the sun and safe from scratches and chips.

3. Sensitive Skin? - If you have a sensitive skin, consider choosing pieces that are Premium steel or plated with karat gold, rhodium, vermeil, gold-filled to minimize the chance of skin reaction
